Changes we want you to know about...

With a 15-year history in print and marketing services, we’ve seen a lot of change, both in our own story and in the industry. Through it all, we’ve done our best to offer you personal, high-level service and quality products.

Now, there’s some major changes coming up that we want you to know about.

We’ve developed a collaborative partnership with Ampersand Printing, in Guelph, Ontario. While both our companies have worked together for years, effective November 1st, all commercial paper print will be handled by Ampersand from Guelph and Waterloo locations. At Innovative, our focus will be on large format print and signage, labeling and packaging, and we'll continue providing website services.

We’ll also be consolidating our business into our new Listowel location, which is currently under construction. However, all Ampersand and Innovative locations will be pickup locations for both brands, and delivery vehicles will operate daily between locations as well as throughout Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and the Greater Toronto Area.

Regardless of these changes, we want you, our clients and partners, to know that we value your business as always. While there are changes and a new operating name—Innovative Digital—as a company, we’re here to continue to serve you.
